I'm a HubSpot consultant based in New York. Since 2020, I've architected and optimized HubSpot instances across every industry you can think of (fintech, consumer goods, sustainability, real estate, payments, retail), turning underused portals into the revenue engines they were sold as.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy and execution. I'll spend one day in a room with your CMO architecting the lead lifecycle, and the next day in HubSpot cleaning up the workflows and properties that make that strategy real. That end-to-end fluency is why my engagements tend to last: I don't hand off execution to a team that doesn't understand the strategy, because I'm the team.

Audit
Every engagement starts with me in your portal for a few hours, mapping what exists, what's broken, and what's worth preserving. You get a plain-English write-up before any build work starts.

Plan
Together we decide what we're fixing, in what order, and what 'done' looks like. Scope is specific. Deliverables are named.
- 03
Build
I do the hands-on work in the portal, in the data, in the integrations. You get weekly updates and async check-ins. No standup theater.
- 04
Hand off
Every engagement ends with documentation and a walkthrough for your team. If you want me to stick around as a fractional admin, we can talk about that.
